COMPANY OVERVIEW
History:
DMS Aircraft Services, Inc is a group of aviation professionals dedicated and committed to providing aircraft spares, logistics solutions, repair services, and technical solutions to military and commercial customers. DMS was founded in June 2002 in Broward County, Florida. The company obtained its Cage Code ( 1YYB4 ) in 2002, and began participating in the U.S. DOD PROS program. After working for large aviation companies, we developed solid relationships, with prime customers and vendors around the globe, which led us to opening our own company.
In 2006, DMS began consulting with major DLA and DOD prime contractors, and obtained its ISO 9000 certification in 2007. The company then received approval to buy directly from Bombardier and Embraer in 2010. DMS’s growth continued and increased its capabilities in 2014, by beginning to manufacture structural parts for military aircraft, in addition to selling factory-new expendables for both the commercial and military customers.
In 2018 we ventured into new opportunities, such as collaborating with FAA Repair Stations, manufacturing parts for Boeing military aircraft (supervised by Boeing engineering), and the purchasing and parting out of aircraft.

Monica P. Johnson (President) and Jewel Marshall (VP/Sales) have over 60-combined years in Aviation Procurement, Parts Management, Repairs / Outsourcing Management, Operations and Asset Procurement.
Managing budgets in excess of $15M puts them in an excellent position to manage and lead their organization to be competitive in the aviation industry.
Working in leadership roles in various organizations and leading teams to acquire assets and increasing sales lead them to combine their resources and industry expertise to build a company based on their core values and principles:
